CHECKPOINTS

After you register and pay the initial deposit for your spots, there will be three checkpoints you must complete leading up to CAMP.

CHECKPOINT #1

Second payment of $75 due for each spot.

Spots that do not receive a 2nd payment will be forfeited and put back in the “pot” for others to purchase more spots on Wednesday, April 8th at 6am.

DUE: WEDNESDAY, ARPIL 1

CHECKPOINT #2

DUE: FRIDAY, MAY 1

Genders of each spot are confirmed & preordered t-shirt deadline

CHECKPOINT #3

Names, final payments of remaining balances, and clearances of all leaders submitted.

Clearances of all leaders can be emailed to clearances@penndel.org.

Failure to complete and submit clearances by May 29th will incur a $25 fee per person.

* INITIAL DEPOSIT of $75 is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This payment is due the day you register per spot.


** SECOND PAYMENT (by or before April 1st) is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This payment secures your spot and indicates commitment to pay remaining balance in full by May 29th. Spots that do not receive a 2nd payment will be forfeited and put back in the “pot” for others to purchase more spots on Wednesday, April 8th at 6am.

There will be NO transferring of registrations between churches.
